Does anyone know how to fix the 0xc000007b error?

However, I found in internet that can be fixed by intalling some sorce of visual software or something, I think what I'd seen was C++... well, I'm not really sure. Unfortunately, even installing that thing, I couldn't run the game, what a pitty.
nvm fixed it, I just downloaded directx
