in fact. Sleep paralysis is a state in which dreaming mixes with being awake. Meaning the demons and creatures are just hallucinations and are in fact not real demons. So it is impossible for me to be a sleep paralysis demon unless I am just a highly complex hallucination in everyone’s mind going off at the same time and that would be impossible.
