So apparently in this world dudes have giant knockers? I chose to play as a male, and then after the intro sequence once my character got dressed, boom, tits. I can only assume this is a bug? Also why is the Male character the exact same as the female? And the females in the banner?

No, it is actually a game mechanic.
Both genres have their own dialogues and each will have different scenes, stats may also influence the personality of the main character.
I didn't want to make a simple masturbation play.
Have you played the Fate/Extra games?
