She laughs cruelly
???: "Oh, aren't you two foolish. This is a prophesy-you really thought you could just escape? The child is a being of the gods-it WILL emerge, whether you wish it too or not-surely you must've realized this, siren? And surely you must have noticed...the blue moon?"
She points up at the bright blue moon, and Delta's eyes widen
"N-no..."
???: "Oh...but this isn't just a child now, is it? As the prophesy says-it is a MONSTER. And it does not need anything but magical power to grow. It will be born-and she will die in the process."
"W-what...?"
???: "You really didn't know? Without another person for that baby to feed off of-a partner-it will drain you of all your magical lifeforce. Tonight, under the light of the blue moon, you will die."
"WHAT ARE YOU, STOP PLEASE I CANT-..I.."
She choked on her words not knowing what to do tears were coming down she looked scared like a kid when she found out her dad was sick, the look on her face was unbearable she was just stamding there looking not knowing what to do at all she kept staring at her but she was just frozen in fear as tear came down her face.
The glow fades and she's just laying there shaking, the pain is unbearable and despite the brief respite, she knows it's going to come back, and she doesn't know how much longer she'll last
???: "Hurts, doesn't it? There is a way to stop all of this...I can lend my magical energy-between us two, you WILL be able to survive...I might be persuaded to do it...if-you'll give me the child."

???: "Oh come now, don't you want your happily ever after? You could live...stay with your beloved..."
