Well,the only way to restore it is using the arcade machine which only can restore your a little mind.Just don't drop it down to 0 you will be OK.In fact It just like something to increase the difficulty and giving player a limite that can't take too much attack(using too much bandages). And,without that limitation,starving mode will be too easy.
