1.download the zip file from media fire

2.extract it

3.open hehe.jar

4.enjoy

I mean do you just need to click on 'haha.exe'?

yes. click download next to the "windows exe" and then it should start downloading. then, click on the "hehe.exe" and that will launch the game.
