if you loged in then ,if are on pc /laptop then click on the facebook icon then put your Facebook name and password it will bring your acount back :D

there is no way to get back to your base without Facebook for pc players. but don't worry you are just on HQ 3 restart your base with more strong heroes troops and defense. :)
and dont forget this time to log in or create an acount for Facebook to never lose your base :D
