why does it take 10 min to load on web

Loading times vary from device and internet connections. It loads in less than 10 seconds for me. This is why I recommend downloading and playing the standalone version.

https://www.speedtest.net/ Run this and screen shot the results and post it here. And if you can find out the EXACT model of your Chromebook send that aswell. Is this your own personal device as well?

its a chromebook 3100 and the cpu is Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz (2 threads, 2.80GHz)
