Thanks for the feedback. The world map is rough, I need to polish it and I will. Some tips in the mean time.
1. You lose fiefdoms to rebellions and raids. Both problems can be adressed by keeping a garrison filled with troops.
2. 15 troops in a garrison will almost guarentee a success against any raid.
3. When you repel a raid, you gain an Obedience boost in that territory but don't forget to replenish the troops you have lost.
