She snaps her fingers and freezes everyone in the room, looking for the source of whatever did this to her
He didn't run after but she fell and hit the ground it was a person standing there all of a sudden he looked down at her and moved out of the way so she could go, though he was a hero who also had a time superpower she probably needed the money so he let her go-..
"Oh. Your some hero."

They just started arguing as time started to come back to normal

No ones ever really seen Love bug only the superheros have so no one nows how tall and handsome he was. The girl superheros would always flirt or try and take him out but he'd simply decline without caring about feelings
