Rein doesn't see Delta for three days. After the first day, the crew is getting restless, and she knows she can't stall leaving anymore. They've been out at sea for two days now, making decent if slow progress. She's been antsy, moodier than usual, on edge and avoiding the crew, staring at her telescope. All she wants is to see Delta on the horizon.

She keeps looking getting a bit more mad then she stopped and stomped to her office

Someone walks into her office. A younger crewmate, sort of inexperienced

"Uh...Cap'n?"

She looked angry but she didn't wanna yell at this moment especially on how old he looked.

"The first mate spotted somethin' off the crow's nest...said it looks like a shark-could be a siren...? He said I should tell ya since there's usually more o' them...if that's what it is..."

"Siren oh thank god..Good job lad. I appreciate it.."

she smiled and ruffled his hair coming out smiling, she walked over and grabbed her teleoscope.

The kid seems a bit confused. Sure enough, she can see a shark fin rising out of the water. She sees Delta's head come up briefly, looking around to catch her bearings before swimming towards the ship again

"OMG YES.YES.YES.YES.YES.YES.!!!!!!!"

She was overjoyed no ones ever seen her like that before and everyone was looking at her

"wheres the real captain..!?"

She turned around and looked at him

"Do you really think I'm not the real captain lad?"

"O-Oh..never mind..sorry captain..we uhm..we just never seen you like that before.."

"Oh yea..sorry I just found something I needed..sorry I was cranky for so long.."

Delta reaches the ship and clings to the side, trying to stay hidden from the crew and waiting for Rein to walk past so she can get her attention. She hoists her upper half up and clings to the bottom of the ship's railing, peeking up in between the wooden slats
