The more the tears would fall out the more he started to fall asleep
"Shhh...we...we're gonna get through this..."
he just kept the crying coming
"I know...I know it sucks..."
He grabbed her hand and kissed it as he was just about to sleep
She smiles a tiny bit, stroking his hair
He held her hand after that and started to doze off
She lets him. She gradually starts to fall asleep too
