Have you tried either download and/or getting the Itchio app or whatever it is and using that to download it?
If none of those work it may be something else interfering on your end - Perhaps an extremely overprotective (super restrictive....) antivirus could be at work, and maybe Itchio in general is like blacklisted on their thing or something. - I mean a lot of these games here on itch io are like. uber super deluxe Indie......
Many of them are also Early access on top of being super indie... That's a lot of "basically just exists" that a lot of other software may raise a brow at.
Not saying that many of them are harmful or anything, mind you... Just that plenty of things only look at surface level and go "Welp I can't trust that"
