"You have nothing to be sorry about...it's perfectly reasonable to be upset..."
She looks back at him with her bright green eyes, small ring in the pupil, a permanent marking of the wires making up her optic system. They're beautiful nonetheless-maybe even more so, they're uniquely hers. Reflected in her eyes is pain as well, empathy. She knows what it's like to lose someone. She knows how hard it's going to be for him. And she knows, at least for her, the suffering that came after.
He kissed her cheek and gave a slight smile
"thank you..I-I really appreciate it..y-you feel warm and comfortful everytime I come to see you..You make me feel comfortable and I see you now as a comfortable person in my life..and I can talk to you about anything in my life..I really appreciate you.."
he smiled looking at the sunset.
