He placed the marker down and looked down at him

He looks around and turned around he grabbed a syringe and turned back around he inserted it in his mouth
"Hnf-"
He winces
"That should numb any of the pain your gonna feel ok, I don't want you too hurt while i'm doing it"
he pulled it out gently
He closes his mouth and just nods a little
He smiled a little and turned around, he grabbed the thing that you use to cit people open I think it just wasn't scissors
