I did the basic conversion of offline elusives and your mod into a content pack for the framework, you (and everybody else) can download it at https://onionsquid.itch.io/hitman-3-mod-framework. I did not test it excessively and removed some things that seemed obsolete, so I might have broken something. I hope that helps to understand how the framework is set up, would love you to provide an official version so I can remove it on my end. As an added benefit, you could then also use the framework to build your rpkg releases of the mod and get some fancy menu improvements free of charge!
