Malagar is part of the Tower Lair which is in the Mountains area he is the tower version of the Proteans (Sunken Temple) or the Infernals (Abandoned Mineshaft)
im assuming that the ab abandoned mines is in the highlands and thanks for the tip, im testing it right now. Edit: i managed to get malagar but now i cant seem to use the people i give to him, is there a way to or did i just loose them?
