Delete the file, then reinstall. Try not to download anything else in the process, just let it download completely, and then use the default app installer(if you have a mobile anti-virus app installed it may cause issues as it scans, and possibly flag it) to install it. If the issue persists, reboot your android device and try downloading/installing it again...and remember to delete the old downloads beforehand.
