(As for reporting the error, OP, I'd advise that you be a bit more specific. Were you entirely outside of the Wawsp nest and flying above the surface? If so, did you then clip into the ground and lose your sword? Were you clipping through terrain or other objects, like the palpitating palace? Did you die, or was it just that the weapon got flung from your hands or something?)
