he looked at everyone in class shoes, he saw the teacher starting work so he got out his notebook to start copying notes but he forgot his pencil so he raised his hand
he still looked down
"thanks.."
he grabbed the pencil
he started writing the notes down
he raised his hand again and he got called on and he asked
"can I work with someone..this is really hard..for me.."
