How do you get the ultimate ending where all you have a fivesome with all Susan, Bella, Liza, and Rachel? I followed all of their strorylines perfectly, and married all 4 of them, but I didn't get the fivesome. Also, how do you get Liza pregnant?
there is a time that liza is scared of a pregnancy after you creampie her and you gte the choice to accept or take birth control. then she will become pregnant the second you accept (can be checked on the heart in the top right corner, the second you choose a pregnancy option it will immediately appear there)
