It's a quiet Saturday afternoon, and Amare is at his job at the local Barnes and Nobles. Mortals can't see his wings, only magic users-but if a Mortal could, they'd notice them resting idly at his back. He's curled up in a corner of the store, hidden behind the aisles of books, labyrinth-like. Should he be doing actual work right now? Yes-but like...that would require him to talk to people. And it's soooo much easier for him to just read his fantasy novels and not disturb anyone...
