Just download APK and run it, it will install new version, but will save settings and progress. You can also backup your saves, just go to File Browser, find folder "com.r3nn.ld" (at storage\android\data) and backup it. You can even try to use saves from it in desktop version and vice versa, but I'm not sure if it works now, but at 0.26 it was possible.
