It seems like it would be appropriate for Sedation to apply a penalty to job earnings or efficiency. Right now you can sex someone up, Invigorate until they're totally stressed, Sedate them back to normal then send them off to work with no real side effects. It would make the other stress relievers more relatively useful, too.
