You need to donwload Microsoft C++ you can download it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-download... and get the newest version called visual studio 2015, 2016 and 2019. you need to download both the 32 bit (x86) and the 64 bit (x64) versions. then just run the installers and it should work
