Fun game yet I think you forgot Patreon and Buy Me A Coffee. Just remember not everyone frequents Discord.

I'm glad you like it!
No, I have not forgotten them. In Patreon I only publish the exclusive wallpapers, and then the other benefits are inside the Discord server, this way, everything is more orderly for me and also other reasons that well know the Patreons.
In BMC the posts are and will be in their majority also exclusive, since here in Itchio is where I create public posts and follow the users with more regularity.
Thanks for playing Winds of the Destiny!
Must be a policy change as I remember you doing it on Patreon when the Public Version came out to inform Patrons Tiers 2 and below about the game.

Well I would advise you adding a itch.io link in the game since new players who try the Patreon link will see 0.5.0 and private post. Same goes with Buy Me A Coffee. If people try all the links in game and see them pointing to old versions they may consider it abandoned.
Still it's a good game so I'm not sure who convinced you to advertise less... Welp best of luck!
Thank you!
Yes, that's why I write in the Patreon biography that it's important to join the Discord server. And in the bio of Itchio and BMC, I also leave the latest version public.
Nobody convinced me of anything, this is my way of announcing releases and interacting with users, it's something I had to adapt to.
Before there was a button that redirected to Patreon, but I changed it for a button to BMC since it seemed that Patreon was not going to be a viable option for me anymore. Now I have to add another Patreon button, and another one to Itchio as you said, I will probably do it for the next version, since this one was only focused on extending the gameplay!
I know using ctrl+c and ctrl+v is annoying on multiple sites but consider some of your fans aren't likely to check certain ones for various reasons. Patrons get an email when developers post updates so posting public versions sends an email to those people and some might just use the patreon link to check if their version is up to date. Figure if they found a platform to get info from they are likely to stick to it especially if they gave money on that specific one. Advertising is annoying but it helps bring in fans, hopefully paying ones, but others help with word of mouth. Other places like gamejolt.com, subscribestar.adult, and twitter.com would help get the word out.
