i tried to start strive.exe but file cannot open. icon disappear later

Given the lack of information, it is not possible to accurately determine your problem. Possible causes:

• Failure to extract all of the game's files before running the executable. It's also possible that you extracted the game using an outdated extraction utility, which can be fixed by downloaded a new version of WinRar.
• Anti-virus software is blocking the game or quarantining game files. Many such programs will state such actions, but I am not familiar with all of them.
• The game lacks permission to run. Unlikely, but checking permissions and running as admin may help.
• The OS or hardware does not support Godot. No idea if this is actually possible, but there is one case that falls into this category due to being unresolved.

The game should produce logs in user data, which can be accessed using the path %appdata%/Strive/logs. Though, if it crashes early enough then there may not be anything, which can happen if it is sabotaged by the OS or anti-virus. You might also try to use the Debug mod: https://itch.io/t/1137280/debugmod-v1, though that will have similar limitations to the logs.

I had the same issue. The window would open for 1-2 seconds, but then would immediately close. I did a reinstall and it gave a message that it had been repaired and now it works. Worth a shot
