Kaz: ...N-no...there's nothing up here for me...but I-I stayed anyway...I-I KNEW he was hurting...but I-I didn't go help him I just...let others take care of it for me...I-I'm AWFUL!
He dissolves into sobs again
Don looks behind him
"It's not your fault... It's no one's fault. Whatever he was going through... he was in too deep... Nothing could've saved him. Not even you. If he was hurting that bad... then that's that. It's not your fault. You did what you wanted and he did what he wanted. We all make mistakes... some people even royally fuck up so much that they... kill someone... maybe running over a pedestrian... pushing someone onto the street while you're falling... it's just life. I'm serious. You just have to move on."
Don takes him to a shack in the woods the shack is wrecked and destroyed he takes him in and inside is an old man sitting on the floor saying "dead" over and over again
"this man's family died. He's been like that for 50 years or so. You really wanna end up like him?"
the man seems insane as his eyes are blood shot and he's thin like a stick seemingly hasn't eaten in a few days
"He's stuck in an imagination. A non-existant world he sees. Where he's with his family. Doctors say he's never coming out of it... he's in too deep. You don't wanna turn into a mess like him. It's just depressing. When everything's perfect... nothing is. It's a terrible life to live."
