i was able to walk on water and reloaded my save, got stuck. can anyone help?

Do you remember how did you manage to walk on the water in the first place?

i had somhow placed a forge half on water, half on land/. broke it and i was able to walk on water

the raft above me wasn't there originally. i tried to place it to escape
