it's kinda hard to explain-it's just like-if I start dreaming of something scary, I like-somehow force myself to think of something else? But like-I'm still asleep? I really don't know how to explain it-and not everyone can lucid dream, so like-
it's when you're in a dream. you know you're dreaming. and you can control what you do in said dream and what happens in it. but obviously there are a few things that can turn it into a lucid nightmare such as looking into a mirror. It's quite complicated. You should get a vid for it.
