I would use a upscaler first to clean a little, but it work alright, here is a few seconds I did so you can see the result (X2)

Very interesting. The flag movement is surly testing the software capabilities... 

Why would you first use an upscaler?  The file is 1920 by 1080; be it, highly compressed.

Upscaler is mostly the name of the technology, there is a few ones that don't increase the resolution, just try to clean the frame a little bit.

Thank you for clarifying. I do like grain, it holds that film quality part of a transfer.  Is there a particular "Upscaler" you would recommend? I know of NeatVideo.

Topaz Labs, video enhance ai is pretty good, also kinda of expensive.
