sry if this is a dumb question, but I'm new to itch and I see you posted a whole lot of more or less playable games. But are those feature-tests or are they continually beeing worked on?

Like "Tiny Combat Arcade", "Tiny Combat Redux" and "Tiny Combat Arena"

Is one superceding the other or are they all playable tests that will be brought together to a final build or something? o_O

tl:dr -> which is your sim-lite flying game I need to keep a close eye on :P

Tiny Combat Arena is the most recent version of the game, but it's still very outdated and not representative of the current game. The final game will be released on Steam.
