Go to the control panel in Windows, then in the main control panel menu. Then, look for Uninstall a program. Click on that, then look for Desktop Goose if it's there, then click on it then click Uninstall.

the goose isn't installed, just extracted, it shouldn't appear in the uninstall apps program

Oh. It would have to be in C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files, right?

Nope, the 7zip archive extracts the folder to the downloads folder by default
