I guess the reason why is because I know where the person got it from and they just don't wanna get in trouble if they copy the real person who made that character .-.

All I know is that the person who made the character is really talented. I didn't know that there was a mod that had my favorite character was on until I found it and I just uploaded the mod so people would enjoy it! that's why I put up mods almost everyday so that way people would enjoy the work of other peoples mods and that way they can just play it!
