This game was fascinating, I wish the tutorial explained a little more. Maybe my version was bugged, but I think this was a really neat concept. Reminds me of the game from Eragon I think? Lots of potential here, and felt like I was playing a game from the past uncovered, trying to find its rules. That could also be a neat way to use this. Super weird, very cool game!

The full tutorial is visible in the Windows download as well as in both text and video format on the game's main page.
