Yes, you can use any colors in the greyscale if you choose rule b.

Cool Thanks for replying

I understood this question as if we can use a greyscale of any colour serving as white. E.g. using a greyscale of red would mean to use the RGB-colours (255,0,0) (254,0,0) ... (1,0,0) (0,0,0). Or do we need to stick to a greyscale of black to white.

To make it more clear (if i manage to insert an image here):

Are the left one (choosing a base colour and only changing the value of the colour) and the right one (choosing a base colour and only changing the saturation of the colour) allowed or only the one in the middle? Or is even the combination of the left and right one allowed?

As the rule states "monochrome" which could mean all of the three, but your answer only states (as I understand it) that we can use any colour of the greyscale from white to black.

You are allowed to use greyscale of any colors you wish to use except Black and White Color itself

Also, there should be an option in your respective software which should directly convert the original color to its greyscale

watch some videos on your software, Hope this helps :)

Hi, you can only use any colors in a greyscale of black and white, which means you can also use the colors Black and White.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I reworded the rules a bit to avoid further confusion.

Only the one in the middle: you need to stick to a greyscale of black to white.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I removed the word "monochrome" and reworded the rules a bit to avoid further confusion.

Thanks for clarifying, no problem.
