The montagues were the hearts since they're more open and honest with their feelings, wearing their hearts on their sleeves, and the capulets were the diamonds since they were much more money and sucess oriented. I made romeo and juliet the family's aces, and all the other characters were kings, queens, etc. based off of their character.
