Cricket: ...There must have been a mistake in our system. Here-I'll just wave all the fines...

Cricket sees how distressed Azriel seems to be and smiles at him
Cricket: Don't worry. The morning is wiser than the night...
He seems to glow brighter when he says that, and Azriel feels his spirits lift a little, like some of his bad luck has suddenly faded away
