Cas nods, smiling. He walks up to the counter and orders Elias's ice cream. He ends up getting it in a bowl, but he asks them to put a cone on top of the ice cream for Elias

Cas: ...what's wrong?
"Coney! Nu bo!"
Cas: I got you both...I figured that was a good compromise...
"Nu!"
Cas: Ok...well-you can take it out of the bowl and eat it from the cone-
He picks it up and hands it to Elias
Cas: And if you're struggling, we can put it back in the bowl, ok?

he started licking his ice cream
Cas grins at Elias and ruffles his hair
