I really like this game, but the scenes for the library girl aren't working. It's just a black screen. I'm on pc, can anyone help?

After you get help from charlotte, you go somewhere to find bella. Then a sex scene occurs. But everything is black, and you can't see the animations. It doesn't work in the gallery either, but you can see a thumbnail.
