Kat is walking through a graveyard at midnight when he hears screaming from the sky
"Eh-"
Kaz looks up in confusion
A purple portal opens in the sky and Esme falls out of it, screaming. Her wings are on fire.
"The fuck.."
Esme lands on top of a gravestone with a sickening crunch and passes out. Her wings have gone out, but they're charred and full of holes, and bent at weird angles.
"Damn..."
Esme: Nng...
"Are you..okay...?"
Esme: AHHH! She stumbles back and falls off the gravestone. She lifts up her skirt a little and pulls a knife out of a holder on her thigh.
Esme: S-stay back!
"That's not very...threatening."
