Im not rushing or anything but do you have an idea about when the next part is coming out
Usually updates are around every three months. As you can tell, the updates are not small and I put a lot of effort into them so they take longer than normal. Since the last update just release a few weeks ago, it's going to be at least a couple of months for the next update. You can play the updates weeks early by becoming a patron.
