Granny had fallen down the stairs and hit her head, immediately killing her
Cas puts a hand over his mouth

He goes around the house and quickly gets some of Elias's stuff including clothes and a charger, shoving it into a bag.
You could hear Elias starting to screech from outside
Cas runs outside
Cas: Elias...c'mon...we-we've gotta go...
"Ganmaaa.."
He started stumbling inside
Cas: Elias, stop! You-you're grandma...she...she's...gone...
