It does not "scan your computer" for anything, the memes are pre-loaded into the installation files, and they are placed into a folder in the application files. The app has no network connections, aside from the links in the promo-window that occasionally appears. When the goose "wants" to drag out a meme, the app simply opens the meme and moves the window along with the goose. With your mouse, name a(an?) fps game that doesn't track/scan for your mouse.
