Hey, I love the generator and I use it a lot. One thing that probably not only I would like, but also others, would be if you could set whether the city is on a mountain, hill or forest. Something like that would be incredibly good.
Forests: there used to be forests in this generator (long ago) but I removed them because they looked bad and having forests that close to the city edges is not realistic anyway. But I will probably add some trees on green patches and at some farms.
