This was a simple experience yet still symbolic
The dialogue (that short chitchat) between the eyes is saying many things to explain and dig deeper in its meaning. The title and choosing the EYE particularly is a genius piece of casting as the eye takes the headquarter control of judging..sometimes they do even before our minds start to work
The background music is dramatically tragically sad and perfectly match the ending scene of suffering.
P.s this might be not the intended meaning but it's my own interpretation as I tried all the optional answers outta curiosity.
