It just won't work in the alpha/beta. It can't be redeemed until the full release
If They Make It To Where Items You Get In Alpha And Beta Transfer To Full Game When It Goes Live Then Yes If Not Then No But Just Incase Just Don't Use The Code Until Game Release's. Hope This Helps (:
