August gets up and closes his book, putting it on the table. The cover is in braille. He pours Kat a cup of coffee and hands it to him.
August: Here...there's milk in the fridge if you need it...
"Thank you.."
He looked over at the book.
"Huh...? What's that say? Why is it bumpy?"
August: Oh...it's braille...it's like...an alphabet for blind people? You can figure out what it says by touching it...I don't know if that was the best way of describing it...anyway, it's Romeo and Juliet...
"Oh.."
August: Yeah...I guess I can learn how to read English now? That's weird...
"I say, if you can talk, you can read."
He sipped his coffee, he loves black coffee
August: I mean...considering I can speak three languages...yeah I should probably be able to read...
"What languages?"
August: Well...English obviously...but I can speak Spanish and French as well...
