I finally learned how to get to the moon.
1. Go to the settings section.
2. Stand on the "framerate counter" box.
3. Run and jump when you're on the edge of the box.
4. Ground pound in the hole on the edge of the book below to get shot to the left and on the moon.
It will take a couple of tries to successfully do it.
