I liked this quite a bit! The core feature was a great way to "power up", but the actual power ups were appreciated too. I definitely thought that the player was a mini turret/tank though, and it only occurred to me that they were top down sprites when writing this; perhaps add a touch of leg moving animation? Great game though!
